湖南千豪生産研發的磁力模闆應用在海天注塑機上，适(shì)用于3000噸注塑機換模。磁力模闆是用在注塑成型機械上用來固定模具的。

注塑機快速換模系統是針對傳統注塑機裝夾模具時(shí)間長，操作複雜，安全性低而設計的，該系統采用電永磁吸盤作爲定模闆及動模闆，隻需經過簡單的沖退磁動作，就能裝夾和更換模具，真正做到3分鍾換模，它既可以安裝到新的注塑機中，作爲标準(zhǔn)配置(zhì)銷售給最終客戶，也可以對正在使(shǐ)用的注塑機進行改造，使(shǐ)傳統注塑機具有3分鍾快速換模功能而不會改變原來注塑機的結(jié)構，既實用又方(fāng)便。
